I have been a mac user for quite a while now. I have run into minor issues with older hardware. An Occasional glitch, But never a true honest problem with the OS. I only have one complaint. Where in the sam hell is the built in sound settings. Yeah you ca edit volume and output devices, but that is surprising the end of it.

Now lets get one thing out of the way. I pursue the perfection of my music. Through iTunes you can edit the sound settings with a well laid out EQ. As far as the system audio goes there is no such thing.

To solve this issue i went on a search. I set out to find the best deal [AKA Free] for a third party EQ that will control my system audio output. After countless hours of scanning forums and hacked up google searches i came across a program that generally gets the job done. Its called Audio Hijack. There used to be a free version supposedly. I couldn’t locate anything But the New Audio Hijack Pro, supplied by a small computer software company called Rouge Amoeba. The program is supposed to cost something close to $60. Now lets just say i wasn’t a fan for the price and i found my ways around that but after downloading and installing i found it to get the job done as well as supply a few perks. I can now record straight from a designated application as well as Burn CD s directly through the program. Im not going to go much into the small aspects of it but if you so desire a Universal solution to your unchangeable scratchy audio settings check it out for yourself.
